We’ll discuss your email situation: where you’re at now, where you’re looking to go, the tone and voice you’re looking for, and more.

If applicable, I’ll audit your current setup, research competitors, and dive deeper into your space and story.

I’ll present you with my project proposal- including a clear outline of next steps, deadline/delivery dates, complete project scope, and total project fee/retainer. If it all works for you, I’ll send over a contract and an invoice for 50% of the total fee/retainer (with the rest to be invoiced with project delivery or - for retailers - at completion of the first month)

I’ll complete the next steps (such as a content calendar) or project or ongoing work as discussed, checking in with any updates or questions. I’ll also be available to you as needed! So if you have any new ideas, questions, or requests, you can just call, text, or email me.

’ll deliver the goods! Depending on the project, this might be drafts, an email, the scheduling of emails, or the implementation of optimized flows. Whatever it is, I’ll let you know it’s ready and when you get a chance, you can review it. If any revisions or edits are needed, I’m available for you!

Along with the deliverables, I’ll send along an invoice for the remaining 50% of the fee/retainer.

I’ll present ongoing reports, content calendars and/or draft approval requests as discussed. If applicable, I’ll use any data to improve and plan strategies.
