Owner Rick and the team at Golden Eagle Home Services, a full-service residential construction and contracting business in Northern California, wanted to expand their market, ensure they weren’t missing out on any promising leads, and further establish themselves as a household name in the area.

Through a steady presence on social media and opt-in forms on their SEO-friendly website, they had developed a substantial email list. I also created a lead magnet (a home renovation budget checklist) to capture new subscribers on the site and on social media channels.

I wrote and designed a 4-email welcome sequence to welcome and warm new subscribers. The tone of voice is true to Golden Eagle: warm, knowledgeable, and a little folksy.
