About Bill Lancilotti

Bill Lancilotti is the owner of Suburban Appraisal Services. He founded this business in 1990, with the vision of serving his local community by offering honest and dependable appraisals and excellent customer service. 

Today, his vision has exceeded even his own expectations. 

As a trusted appraiser to local homeowners, businesses, and professionals, Bill remains committed to his community and his work- and he is always leaning more. Over the years, he has taken several specialized appraisal courses to broaden his knowledge further, and is constantly researching the local market for trends and developments.

“The appraisal business is my life. I feel very lucky, because I love what I do. I enjoy interacting with clients, finding the ins and outs of every appraisal, and participating in the valuation industry in general. This isn’t just a job for me,” Bill explains.

Bill is a MA-certified residential appraiser and an FHA-approved appraiser. While many appraisers in the area are limited in the services they can offer, as a veteran in this industry, Bill is certified to handle appraisal services for all property values and any legal situation. He is also a member of the American Appraisal Institute. His blog, Boston Appraisal News, offers insight and advice on the appraisal industry in Suffolk, Norfolk, and Middlesex counties.

When he’s not working or researching, Bill enjoys vacationing, exploring local restaurants and shops, and spending time with his family.
